Imporant Info – Evolis Quantum 2 Peripheral USB Port
The USB Port marked #15 is a Peripheral USB socket and should not be plugged into a PC. Doing so will short out the encoding mainboard inside the printer and void the printer warranty.
Can I use Quantum 1 ribbons in a Quantum 2?
You cannot use the Evolis Quantum 1 ribbons in a Quantum 2. The Quantum 1 ribbons are larger in diameter and are not compatible.
