Data Corruption

The image below is just one example of what a card can look like as a result of data corruption.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps for such an issue:

  1. Update the printer firmware and driver
  2. Print an image outside your software (card template may be corrupt)
  3. Try a different USB port and cable.
  4. Verify that you are using the correct power supply
  5. Try the printer on a completely different computer
  6. Change the printer communication board (if it has one), and or the mainboard
