Access the printer driver by going to your printers and faxes folder. Right click on the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended and choose printing preferences.
Click on Card Front tab
Uncheck the HoloKote box
Click apply and then OK

Clean Printer – Fargo DTC1000M
Take the following steps to run a cleaning cycle on your Fargo DTC1000M monochrome printer:
Go to your printers and faxes folder. Right click on the Fargo DTC1000M and click printing preferences. Click on the tool box tab.
Click on the Clean Printer Tab once the Tool Box Opens
Read the instructions and then click the Clean Tab
How to Set the Printhead Kit # – Evolis Primacy
You must set the Print Head Kit # in the Evolis Primacy Driver and run a cleaning cycle after a print head is replaced:
Open the Evolis Print Center
Double Click on the Primacy Printer
Click on Maintenance and then Print Head Replacement
Type in the Print Head Kit # in the Box and click on the Valid Tab

Dual Sided Upgrade Kit – Magicard Enduro
Question: Can I upgrade my Magicard Enduro to a dual sided printer?
Answer: Yes, and it is extremely simple.
You can purchase a special YMCKOK ribbon that has an RFID chip in it that unlocks the dual sided capability of your Magicard Enduro.
Step 1: Power up your printer
Step 2: Open the lid and remove any dye film that may be installed in the printer
Step 3: Load the special dye film supplied with your upgrade kit (Part#3633-0052)
Step 4: Close the lid
Step 5: The display now shows “Duo”. You can now print dual sided cards
It’s that simple!
Manual Feed Setting – Evolis Zenius
Take the following steps to change your Evolis Zenius to manual feeding:
Open the Evolis Print Center
Double click on the Evolis Zenius Printer
Click on Printing and then Click on Feeder/Hopper
Change the Card Insertion Setting to Manual Feeding
Click apply and then OK
