Card feed issues Fargo DTC400
I have cleaned the feed roller but the printer still has problems feeding cards. Any ideas on what I can do to get the Fargo DTC400 to feed cards on a regular basis?

The first thing to check is wear on the input roller. It should be glossy.
Second, check for static build up on your cards. Make sure they are not sticking together.
Third, check the black cap on the input card hopper tray to make sure it has not popped out. If it has, super glue it.
Fourth, lubricate the metal hopper shaft as it may be binding.
