After upgrading firmware v184.108.40.206 to v220.127.116.11 on a Fargo DTC4500 printer, it fails to connect to the computer via USB. The WorkBench software version is 18.104.22.168 and the driver version is 10131. An image of a computer with an arrow pointing to the printer appears on the LCD. Turned printer off and on and reconnected USB to different port. Tried another computer with the same issue. Tried upgrading the firmware again, but no luck. Anything else that can be done aside from submitting an RMA?
