Runtime error 3001

We have EZ Badge installed at one of our cleints sites, every time we open the software we get a runtime error 3001 invalid argument, is there a possible solution for this problem?

  1. The Badge Pro says:

    Your best bet is to reinstall EZBadge using the following procedure:
    1. Run the “Uninstall EZBadge” program from the Start menu.
    2. Delete the entire EZBadge folder from C:\Program Files. This WILL delete your database if you do not back it up.
    3. Reinstall the software.
