Won’t Feed Cards

My Evolis Dualys3′s ribbon, card and exclamation lights were on and it won’t feed cards. The lighting chart indicates this to be card jam or mechanical error. No card was jammed inside the printer. I performed the recommended steps but to no avail. What do I do?
