Product Returns

Please use this form to request an RMA for a product return or exchange. You will be contacted via email once your request has been reviewed by our sales and management teams. Fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible to expedite this process. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA issued in advance.

Please specify 'none' if you will not be ordering something to replace the product you wish to return.

Terms and conditions:
The customer is responsible to return all items, accessories, and packaging in like-new, resalable condition for credit to be offered unless prior arrangements have been made. The cost of replacing any worn accessories or packaging, including costly factory box/foam sets, will be subtracted from the credit. If an item cannot be returned to resalable condition, the return will be declined.
Credit will only be processed once the items arrive at TransTech and are confirmed to be in resalable condition. This determination is made at TransTech’s sole discretion. Items that cannot be accepted will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
