Take the following steps if you would like your card to exit to the Primacy’s Reject Hopper:
Open the Evolis Print Center
Double Click on the Evolis Primacy
Click on Printing
Click on Feeder / Hopper
Change the Card Exit to Reject Box
Click Apply
The card will now eject to the back of the printer
