Background: Dye Sublimation printers use 3 colors, Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan to create the spectrum of colors whereas a computer monitor uses red, green, and blue.
The results you may see when printing are that your colors don’t match what you see in your software.
There are ways you that can attempt to correct this issue. It may take some time, several adjustments, and test printing to get the results you are looking for.
First you will need to access the Magicard Rio Pro printer driver
Go to your printers and faxes folder. Right click on your Magicard Rio Pro printer and choose printing preferences
Click on the advanced tab
Click on the Colour adjustment tab
Adjust your color settings in small increments and print tests of your card design to find the best results
Please note: Adjusting these settings too much may cause the ribbon to break
