Here are a few troubleshooting steps for such an issue:
- Update the printer firmware and driver
- Print an image outside your software (card template may be corrupt)
- Try a different USB port and cable.
- Verify that you are using the correct power supply
- Try the printer on a completely different computer
- Change the printer communication board (if it has one), and or the mainboard
