Take the following steps to disable the HoloKote on a Magicard Rio Pro Xtended:
Access the printer driver by going to your printers and faxes folder. Right click on the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended and choose printing preferences.
Click on Card Front tab
Uncheck the HoloKote box
Click apply and then OK
