Dual side printing with a Macintosh Driver – Evolis Primacy

Please go to menu Print -> Advanced Options -> Layout to modify the Two-Sided options. They should be modified both in the first driver options window and also on the presets window (shown on the second print screen).

Also, you can confirm under Systems Preferences -> Print & Scan -> Options & Supplies -> Utility if you are able to change these settings directly in the printer driver.

Hi:) I’m trying to make my Evolis Primacy print dual sided from my mac (I purchased the 2-sided printer), but when I get to the above screens, Two-Sided is turned Off. I’ve tried to control click and everything to get it to turn On, but with no luck. Any ideas?

      Stephanie,

Have you tried updating the firmware on the Primacy? I’d recommend doing that first. If that does not fix the issue, then you’ll need to reinstall the printer driver on your Mac.
