Error 255 – Feeder Empty
The print attempt has failed as there are no cards in the feeder.
Put some cards in the printer feeder.
You printer accepts cards from 0.25 mm to 0.76 mm thickness. The card thickness is adjusted using the thickness adjustment gauge.
- Open the printer cover.
- Adjust the thickness of the cards used by moving the lever from right to left to the desired card thickness.
- Close the printer cover again.
- Open the card feeder.
- Insert the number of cards desired (maximum 50 cards of 0.76 mm thickness). Be careful when handling your cards to avoid getting dust on them which will cause scratches during printing. Insert the cards in the direction shown in the diagram below:
- Close the feeder. If you have not cancelled your print, it will restart with a new card.
