If your Evolis Pebble won’t communicate, take the following steps:
Ensure that your printer is turned on and plugged into your computer
Make sure that there is not a print job stuck in the print queue
Check to make sure that the USB port on the printer is not loose or broken
Plug the printer into a different USB port on your computer
Try a different USB cable
Ensure that you have the correct power supply
Try a different computer
