It is very important to keep your printer driver and printer firmware up to date. Many problems can be resolved by doing so.
Go to your printers and faxes folder
Right click on your Nisca PR5350 Printer, choose Printing preferences.
Click on the about tab
The driver version is displayed at the bottom
