It is very important to keep your printer driver and printer firmware up to date. Many problems can be resolved by doing so.
Go to your printers and faxes folder
Right click on your Evolis Pebble Printer, choose Printing preferences, tools, then dialog with printer
Your printer firmware version will be displayed in the box on the left
