The Technical Test Card is an important tool to get diagnostic and usage information from your Evolis printer. The card can be produced through the printer driver in the Tools section, or by pressing and holding the push button when the printer is powered off.
Printer S/N : Serial number
Firmware Version : Firmware version
Print Head Kit N : Print head kit number ( N°: Number of replacement)
X-Y-Smart Offsets : X offset value – Y offset value – Smart offset value
Printed Lines L/W : Vertical printed lines/Horizontal printed lines
Inserted Cards 1: Number of inserted cards with the last print head G: Global number of inserted cards
Cleaning Cycles H : Number of cleaning cycles / Maximum number of inserted cards between 2 cleaning cycles with the last installed print head
Cleaning Cycles G : Number of cleaning cycles / Maximum number of inserted cards between 2 cleaning cycles since day 1
I have printed out a Technical Test Card for an Evolis Dualys 3 ID Card printer. The Technical Test Card looks very similar to yours except I have numbers on the bottom of mine. What do they mean?

They are measurements of voltage for the printer’s different sensors. One shouldn’t ever have to worry about them, since they can all be adjusted automatically with the Sa (self-adjustment) command.
