We have noticed that the Nisca PR5300, PR5310, and PR5350 printers card jamming issues can usually be solved by manually cleaning the rollers.
Nisca printers transport the cards vertically and tend to jam more often when the rollers are dirty.
Remove the one screw on the left side of the printer to lower the side cover
Manually scrub the rollers using 99% isopropyl cleaning wipes
