Printing to a file can help you to find if the issue is between the printer and the driver or between the software and the driver. This file is used to check what data/image are sent to the printer
Open the Driver properties/Port and change the printer’s port to FILE
Remember the port where the printer was connected before changing it.
Print your card and save it as a PRN file
The PRN file can be evaluated for problems by the printer manufacturer.
