Usernames and passwords to EPI Suite cannot be recovered but they may be reset with the solution below:
Backup your database and layouts. Perform a clean uninstall of EPI Suite by going to into the Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs. Once EPI Suite is uninstalled, rename the ImageWare Systems folder found in C:\Program Files so that you have a backup. Reinstall EPI Suite; you will be prompted for a new username and password
