It is very important to keep your printer firmware and driver up to date
1. Go to Fargo’s website
2. From the drop down menu choose “Printer”
3. From the 2nd drop down choose the Printer model and click “GO”
4. Download the latest driver and unzip it
5. Uninstall your existing driver through add or remove programs
6. Reboot your computer
7. Double click and run the driver that you downloaded. Follow the on screen instructions
8. Reboot your computer
