It is recommended that you manually clean your Rio Pro rollers with every ribbon change
Remove the cards and ribbons
Leave the top cover open
Press Menu
Select Clean rollers
Select Next
Select Yes
The rollers will advance
Hold a 99% isopropyl alcohol card on the rollers while they are advancing
