We continue to get an Error 97 with the Fargo 5000 Printer when it starts to print the black. We have changed ribbons twice and it works for two to three cards then happens again.

I would recommend updating the driver & firmware if you haven’t already done so (instructions on how to update the firmware can be found here: http://badgepros.com/update-firmware-evolis-primacy/). I would also suggest running the Sa command on the printer – instructions on how to do so can be found here: http://badgepros.com/self-adjustment-evolis-primacy/)
