The save to file may be requested by an Evolis Certified Technician in order to confirm printer settings, driver version, and firmware version. This will help in diagnosing any problems that the printer may be having.
Here’s how to save the file:
Open the Evolis Print Center and double click on the Evolis Primacy
Click on System details
Click on Printer details
Click on the save to file tab, give it a name, and save it to your Desktop
