If you’d like to check or change your SMART-50’s ribbon type, here’s how:
– Go to your Control Panel, then go to “Devices and Printers” (Windows Vista or 7) or “Printers and Faxes (Windows XP)
– Right-click on your SMART-50 printer, and go to Printing Preferences.
– Click on the “Paper/Ribbon/Printing” tab. There, you will find different settings, one of which is the “Ribbon(R)” option. Click on the drop-down box and choose the ribbon type you’d like to use.
