Static electricity can build up between PVC cards causing them to stick together. When 2 cards or more are “stuck” together you will have feeding issues from the card hopper.
If you attempt to pick up a few cards by the edges you may notice that they stick together. This is caused by static build up on the surface of the cards.
Possible Resolutions
- Fan out the cards carefully handling by the edges
- Use canned air to blow through the edge of the stack of cards
- Change to a higher grade card stock
