- Go into “Service Mode” and navigate your way to Adjustment Mode > OD Adjustment > Color Adjustment, and press EXE to test print.

- If it prints successfully, you have a software, driver, or computer issue.
- If it fails during printing or does not print correctly — or just doesn’t respond — you know the problem is with your printer, not with something on your computer.
