Take the following steps to flash or upgrade your Evolis Kiosk’s firmware:
Go to Evolis’ website
Download the latest firmware (Evolis Dualys) to your desktop. Double click on the Icon. The power light will flash during the firmware update. The print head will move up and down once the update is complete.
