Take the following steps to update your Evolis Primacy firmware:
Download the latest firmware from Evolis’ website
Make sure that there are no print jobs in the print que
Open the Evolis Print Center
Double Click on the Primacy Printer
Click on Maintenance. Click on Firmware Update
Browse for the new firmware file
Click on the Update tab
It may take several minutes for the process to complete
