Take the following steps to flash or upgrade your Magicard Rio Pro firmware:
Go to Magicard’s website and download the latest firmware to your desktop
Ensure that the printer is on, does not have any errors or print jobs going to it
Double click on the firmware executable icon and follow the instructions
