Won’t Communicate – Fargo DTC1000

If your Fargo DTC1000 won’t communicate, take the following steps

Ensure that your printer is turned on and plugged into your computer

Check to make sure the USB port on the printer is not loose or broken

Try a different USB cable

Try a different USB port on your computer

Make sure that there is not a print job stuck in the print queue

Try a different computer

Please contact an Authorized Fargo Repair Center if these steps do not resolve the issue.
