If your Evolis Pebble will not feed cards, take the following steps
Check your card height gauge for the correct setting
Verify that you have the card hopper installed correctly
Check to see if your cards have static build up and are sticking together
Clean the input roller thoroughly with an isopropyl alcohol card or wipe
Try a different card hopper
Check to make sure you have the correct power supply
